SHIPPING POLICIES

 

Processing Your Order

Once we get your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your jewelry ASAP! All NAZ orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days, and then shipped to you immediately, according to your preferred method of shipping.

All shipping fees are in USD.

Shipping your Order

Before we ship your order, we just need to get your credit approved. Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information, but only if needed.

But don't worry, your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

Of course customized orders may require additional processing time.  We just want to make sure we get your order perfect.

For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can't be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

You'll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.

Your order will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail®, FedEx or UPS within 7 to 10 business days. From the point your package reaches the processing center, delivery to you will depend on the carrier service. For items that are out of stock, we will call you within 2 business days and let you know when we anticipate it will be shipped.

Exceptions

Personalized Jewelry orders will be shipped out 7-10 business days after order has been submitted due to the customization work involved.

Tracking Your Order

Once we ship your order, we will send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel or change an order, for any reason, please email us. Orders that are placed 7 days before cancellation notice will not be cancelled.

Note: NAZ reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND MORE

You may return your items for any reason within 14 days of the date of delivery and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange, store credit or a refund.

What you can Return.

We accept returns on items in new condition with the original packaging and materials.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept certain items for return.

These include:

  • Items which are no longer in new condition.
  • Items which lack their original packaging.
  • Items which have been customized or altered to meet customer specifications.
  • Items which have been in the customer’s possession for more than 14 days from the date the item was delivered.

We inspect all returned items within 5-7 business days of receipt. Any item that is received in a condition which is not new or which does not include all of its original packaging, including will be returned to the customer.

After the product’s original condition has been verified, we will issue a refund, store credit or perform an exchange. Most refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

How to Return an Item

Contact NAZ to obtain return shipping instructions. Using the existing packing materials or your own, prepare your item(s) for return along with their original packaging. If a prepaid label was provided for the return, deliver your package to the UPS or FedEx facility nearest you. Otherwise, select a carrier and ship the package to our facility using the address provided by NAZ. Please be sure to use a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment.

Jewelry Repairs

Contact NAZ to obtain return shipping instructions. Using the existing packing materials or your own, prepare your item(s) for return along with their original packaging. If a prepaid label was provided for the return, deliver your package to the UPS or FedEx facility nearest you. Otherwise, select a carrier and ship the package to our facility using the address provided by NAZ. Please be sure to use a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment.
